In the conditions of modern development of territories, and especially in megacities, the use of underground space, the construction of buildings and structures is very developed. However, when performing work and operating buildings and structures that have already been built, in almost all cases they face the fact that groundwater has a significant negative impact. In order to minimize the risk of negative consequences, timely and correct forecast estimates are necessary, which must be carried out during survey and design work. During the round table, special attention will be paid to the need to carry out work on the study of groundwater at a sufficient level, as well as the need to separate hydrogeological work into a separate type of engineering survey.
